Can I downgrade to Free/Basic plan after upgrading?

Yes, you can. To cancel paid plans, please go to My profile page > click on Cancel subscription button. After canceling, a message will appear to show you when your current plan will end (based on the date when app charge was generated). During this time, you can always switch back to that plan by clicking on "Stay Premium" (or "Stay Basic") button.

My old menu is still showing up, how can I hide it?

To achieve the best user experience, Shopify always loads your website first, and then apps, that's why your old navigation still appears. If you want to hide your old navigation, please follow these steps:

Copy CSS selector of your old menu:

Disable Smart Menu on your store
Go to your storefront to find the theme's menu that you want to hide
Right-click on any element in the menu to inspect
The developer tool will appear. Here you need to find the correct HTML element of your theme's menu. When you hover over HTML elements in the development tool, the corresponding element will be highlighted with the blue color on the storefront.
Right-click on that element in the development tool > Copy > Copy selector

Why is my Smart Menu not showing up or showing incorrectly?

There are various reasons why Smart Menu is not showing up or showing incorrectly in a store. Please read these cases and check the following solutions.

Haven't selected the correct menu to replace

Smart Menu works by replacing the whole theme's menu. Hence, if you use "Manual - Replace menu from Shopify" method, please make sure to select your main menu to be replaced in Step 2: Add & Design Please make sure that you enable the app on the live theme. If you don't, the app can't get data from your Shopify and it will show "List is empty".

Theme splits main menu into 2 parts

Some themes have options to split the menu to 2 different part. That makes Smart Menu can't replace the whole menu. Example: Impulse theme There are 2 solutions:

Go to your theme settings and find an option to change the header layout, make the menu not split, then Smart Menu can replace it. (eg. Logo center, menu below)
Hide your logo in theme and add your logo as a menu item in Smart Menu.

How to send submission email to different recipient emails based on the customer's selection?

Since intergrating with Shopify Flow, you can set up to receive submission notifications from different recipient emails based on customer's selection. Please follow these steps to set it up.

Step 1: Choose the Trigger option

Go to Flow app > Choose qikify Form Builder app > Choose Qikify Contact Form - Form submitted.

Step 2: Add condition

In this step, you need to choose the condition to send the submission email. The conditions should include the form ID and the option value so that Shopify flow could detect and send the submission from that form correctly. For example: I want to send the submission email for email A if customers submit the form A with the Option 1.

Choose the Condition > Press on Add a variable button

With the condition to detect the form, please kindly choose Form > Select ID > Choose the Attribute as Equal to > Add the form ID to the ID label.

After adding the form ID condition, you can click on the Add Criteria button > Choose And option > Add a new condition.

Step 1

Go to the Yotpo portal > Choose profile account > Account Settings.

Step 2

When you click on the Account Settings, it will open a new tab. Please go to that tab > Copy the App key.

Then Right Click > Choose ** Inspect **> Open the *Network*.

Search pending_secret > Choose Fetch/XHR tag.

Step 3

Animation

Trigger

Select the trigger to open menu: Hover, Hover Intent, Click If you want to open menu when hover, recommend to select "Hover intent" option. Hover intent waits until the user's mouse slows down enough before taking action. Particularly:

Hover Intent will stop sub menus appearing immediately if the user accidentally moves their mouse over a top level menu item. The user must “intend” to open the sub menu by holding their cursor over the menu item for a few milliseconds.
Hover Intent will also stop the sub menu from being hidden immediately if the user accidentally moves their cursor away from the sub menu – the user will have a small window of time to place their cursor back over the sub menu and keep it visible.

Show indicator

Indicator is the down arrow ﹀, appears next to a top menu having submenu. It is recommended to enable it if your top menu item is attached a link, because if an user clicks on the text of a menu, it directs to the attached link before open submenu, so you need an indicator for user to click to show the drop-down submenu.
