# [Contact Form] Integrations 


# Shopify Customers

| For Basic and Premium plan, all customer data is automatically collected and synced to Shopify admin **Customers** section.

In the Premium plan, you can opt customers into your marketing list:  

1. Navigate to **Settings > Integrations > Shopify Customers Integration**
2. Select the form you want to sync > Tick on **Accepts marketing** > **Save**.

Once set up, customers from the selected form will be marked as **Subscribed** and will receive marketing emails from your store. Subscribed email from your Customer list will look like this:

# Mailchimp

Premium users can integrate our **Contact Form** with **Mailchimp** to automatically update the submission emails to **Mailchimp** list. Please follow the guidelines below to integrate two apps:

1. Go to **Settings** page > **Mailchimp Integrations** tab
2. Click on **Connect to Mailchimp** button > **login** to your **Mailchimp** account
3. Choose **Allow** to authorize **Contact Form** app > connected successfully
4. Select a **Mailchimp** list you want to add contacts to > **Save**.

Then, when new customers submit form successfully, their email will be automatically synchronized to your connected **Mailchimp** list. You can check the **Sync status** of each contact in **Submissions** list.

|| An email can be failed to synchronize to **Mailchimp** when you no longer connect to **Mailchimp**, or you downgrade to lower plan. A **duplicate email** (which was synced before) will also be marked as Fail Sync.

||| Our Contact Form app can **only sync the email field** of submission to Mailchimp. Please **DO NOT** tick on **Required** for any field in your Mailchimp settings.

# Klaviyo

Premium users can integrate our **Contact Form** with **Klaviyo** to automatically update the contacts from submissions to your Klaviyo lists.  

Please follow the below steps to connect **Contact Form** with your **Klaviyo**:  

1. Go [klaviyo.com](https://www.klaviyo.com/) > **Login** to your **Klaviyo** account > click on the Profile at the left bottom corner > Settings

2. In **Settings** tab > **API Keys** > **Create Private API Keys**

3. Here you need to select these **API Scopes**:

* **List**: Full Access (Read/Write Access)
* **Profiles**: Full Access (Read/Write Access)
* **Segments**: Read Access

Enter a name for the **API key** > **Create**

4. Copy Key > Done

5. Go to **Contact Form** settings > **Klaviyo integration** > insert the API key you got from Klaviyo settings > click **Connect**

After that, your **Klaviyo** will be connected successfully to our **Contact Form** app.   

6. Click **Select a form** > choose a contact form you want to sync > choose a Klaviyo list > click **Save**

|| * You can check the **Sync status** of each submission in **Submissions** list.
|| * You can connect a specific form to a specific Klaviyo list.

# Omnisend

To integrate Contact Form by Qikify with Omnisend create the API key in Omnisend first. Follow these 3 easy steps to create an API key:  

1. Go to **Store settings** in **Omnisend** portal:

2. Click on the **API keys** section:

3. Click the **Create API Key** button:

4. Enter the name of your API key, keep default settings and click **Save**:

5. Go to **Contact Form** portal (by qikify) > **Settings** > **Integrations** > paste the **API key** into the corresponding field for the **Omnisend** integration > click **Connect**

6. Select which forms should pass contacts to **Omnisend** and whether they should be passed with subscribed or non-subscribed status (checked 'Accept marketing' box - subscribed):
