How to create Image Choice in qikify Contact Form Builder?

Step 1. Go to Form Settings -> Field Settings -> Choose the 'Image Choice' field

Step 2. Setting Up the 'Image Choice' Field

Field name: This option enables you to change the field name, which will appear in the submission only.
Field placeholder: You can also modify the field placeholder, which will appear in the form.
