Option set Templates

This guide explains how to leverage templates to save time and effort when creating option sets within our app.

What are Templates?

Templates are pre-designed option sets that you can easily adapt for your specific needs. They provide a quick starting point, eliminating the need to build option sets from scratch.

Benefits of Using Templates:

• *Save Time:* Templates offer a faster way to create option sets compared to building them manually.
• *Maintain Consistency:* Use templates to ensure a consistent look and feel across your option sets.
• *Get Inspired:* Explore pre-designed templates to spark ideas for your own unique option sets.

Using Ready-Made Templates:

1. *Browse Templates:* Within the app, go to the Templates page. Here, you'll find a collection of ready-made templates covering various use cases.

2. *Select a Template:* Choose the template that best suits your needs. Once you click on Use template button, it will open template as an draft option set.

3. *Customize the Template:* You can easily customize it to fit your specific requirements. Then select products to add and publish these options as usual.

Saving Option Sets as Templates:

1. *Open an Existing Option Set:* Navigate to an option set you've already created within the app.

2. *Save as Template:* On the top right corner, click on More -> Save as Template

3. *Use Your Template:* Now you can find your newly created template alongside the ready-made options when browsing templates in the future.

*Tips:*

• Consider creating a library of your own custom templates for frequently used option set structures.
• Give your templates clear and descriptive names for easy identification.
• Regularly review and update your templates to ensure they remain relevant to your needs.
