# Shopify Sidekick + Qikify Volume Discount

**Qikify Volume Discount** has a new integration with **Shopify Sidekick** — Shopify's built-in AI assistant — so you can ask about your offers in plain English instead of digging through reports.

Sidekick pulls real performance numbers from Qikify Volume Discount, links you straight to the full report, and can even suggest your next offer.

## 1. Find the Sidekick prompt card on your Dashboard

![Find the Sidekick prompt card on your Dashboard](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/website/website/-/3/3/f/6/33f605886cba4e00/01-dashboard-banner-annotated_15veebt.png)
On your **Dashboard**, find **The right offer, in one prompt** card.

This card appears automatically — no setup required. It offers three ready-made prompts (**Check performance**, **Plan a promotion**, **Create an offer**) for **Sidekick**, Shopify's built-in AI assistant that lives in the **Work with Sidekick** bar at the bottom of every admin page. Click **What Sidekick can do with Qikify Volume** to learn more.

## 2. Ask Sidekick about an offer and read the answer

Click one of the three prompt buttons — for example, **Check performance** — or skip straight to typing your own question into the **Work with Sidekick** bar, for example "How's my Wholesale - HBAG - Tee offer doing?"

A prompt button copies a ready-written question to your clipboard and shows a **Copied — paste into Sidekick** confirmation; paste it into the **Work with Sidekick** bar and press Enter to ask it. Each button copies a different question — checking performance, planning a promotion, or creating an offer.

Sidekick opens its side panel and works through the request (**Checked app capabilities**, **Working on it**, **Getting results**). The first time it needs Qikify Volume Discount for a new topic, it may ask **Allow Sidekick to use Qikify Volume Discount for this request?** — select **Yes** to let it continue.

> **Note:** Sidekick doesn't always show this permission prompt — it can skip straight to fetching your data, depending on what you've already asked in the same conversation.

Sidekick then replies with a summary that matches your offer name to its Qikify discount code, without showing the numbers directly in chat. Click the report link it gives you — for example, **Wholesale - HBAG - Tee performance** — to see the full numbers.

Sidekick keeps the conversation open too: here it also offered to pull a different time range or compare against another offer, so you can reply in plain English instead of typing a whole new question.

## 3. View the offer performance report

Sidekick's link opens the report inside **Qikify Volume Discount** — the Sidekick panel stays open on the right so you can keep chatting.

1. The **Offer funnel · last 30 days** card shows **Views**, **Add to cart clicks**, and **Orders with offer**, plus a funnel chart comparing the three.
2. Below it, three stat cards show **Conversion rate**, **Additional revenue**, and **Top tier** — Top tier shows **—** here for this offer. A **Best seller** line above the next section names the top product for the offer.
3. Scroll down to the purple **Qikify** banner and click **Yes, plan one** for a suggested offer, or **Not now** to dismiss it.

Below that, the page continues into Qikify Volume Discount's regular Analytics dashboard, which isn't part of the Sidekick integration.

## 4. Ask about all offers, then plan a new one

Ask a broader question instead of naming one offer — for example, "How are all my offers performing?" Sidekick replies the same way, with a link (here, **All offers performance**) to a combined report.

1. Five aggregate stat cards total **Views**, **Add to cart clicks**, **Orders with offers**, **Blended conversion**, and **Additional revenue** across every active offer.
2. A **Concentration** banner calls out which offer is driving most of the revenue — for example, "Wholesale - HBAG - Tee account for 90.6% of your additional revenue." This sentence is generated from your own store's data, so it will read differently for you.
3. The **Health check** table lists every offer with its type, additional revenue, and conversion rate. Offers that need attention get an orange **Low conversion** badge and a warm-tinted row; offers with no revenue yet show **—** instead of a percentage.

Scroll down to the same purple **Qikify** banner as the single-offer report, and click **Yes, plan one** — or ask Sidekick directly, for example "What offer should I run?" — to open the **Sidekick offer planning** page inside Qikify Volume Discount.

If your store's order history isn't rich enough yet, you'll see **Not enough of a pattern yet**: "Your recent orders don't show a clear enough buying pattern to recommend an offer with confidence. Check back after a bit more sales activity."

> **Note:** Once your order history shows a clear buying pattern, this page is designed to suggest a specific offer instead of this message.
