Why My Options Are Not Showing?


Are your product options not appearing in the app or on the product page? Don’t worry — this usually happens for a few common reasons. Let’s walk through them one by one so you can quickly fix the issue.


Reason #1: The App Is Not Activated in Your Theme

If this is your first time using the app or you’ve recently switched to a new theme, the app embed may not be activated yet.


How to check:

  1. Go to Online Store → Themes
  2. Click Customize
  3. Open Theme settings → App embeds
  4. Make sure "Qikify Product Options" app is enabled




Once enabled, refresh your product page and check again.


Reason #2: Incorrect Apply Conditions

If you’re using automatic apply for Option Sets, please double-check your conditions.



There are two types of conditions:

  • All conditions

→ The product must meet all selected criteria (Tag, Vendor, Type, etc.)

  • Any condition

→ The product only needs to meet one of the selected criteria

If the product does not match your condition rules, the Option Set will not be applied.

Reason #3: Another Option Set Is Already Applied

Currently, only one Option Set can be displayed per product.


If multiple Option Sets are applied to the same product:

  • Only one Option Set will show on the product page


What you can do:

  • Add all required options into one single Option Set
  • Then apply that Option Set to your product


This ensures all options appear correctly for customers.


Reason #4: Theme Compatibility Issues


Some themes may not fully support the app embed.
