How to set up Gift Wrapping?

How gift wrapping works on live store:

Once you've completed the below steps, the gift-wrapping option will be available on your Slide Cart. When a customer selects this option, the corresponding gift-wrapping product will be added to their checkout as an add-on.

Step 1: Create a Gift Wrapping Product:

In your Shopify admin, go to Products > click Add product.

Fill in the product details, such as title, description, and price. This price will be the additional charge for gift wrapping.


Click Save then go to qikify Slide Cart app

Step 2: Enable Checkbox for Gift Wrapping

Access Slide Cart Settings: Go to Apps > qikify Slide Cart > Slide Cart and Cart Upsell Settings.

Locate Gift wrapping: Find the section related to gift wrapping

Enable Checkbox: Check the box to enable the gift wrapping option for your customers.

Step 3: Select Gift wrapping product

Choose Product: From the dropdown menu, select the gift wrapping product you created in Step 1. This will link your product to the gift wrapping option on Slide Cart.

Update Title and Description (Optional): If desired, you can modify the title and description that appear to your customers when they select gift wrapping option. This can be helpful for providing additional information or customization.

Save Changes.

Step 4: Save and check on live store

Confirm Settings: Review your settings to ensure they are correct.

Save: Click Save to apply your changes.

Check it on your live store and make any change if necessary.
