Overview

The Buy X Get Y offer lets you reward customers with free gift products when they purchase a qualifying quantity.

What's different in Buy X Get Y

Gifts

You can select one or multiple products to offer as gifts in the offer.

ℹ️ All selected gift products are automatically added to the cart when the customer adds a qualifying tier.

Promotion message

The message shown to customers to indicate they are receiving a free gift.

Default: + {gift_qty} FREE GIFT

The {gift_qty} placeholder is automatically replaced with the number of free gift items the customer receives.

Show gifts' price

Display the original selling price of the gift product, helping customers understand the value they are receiving.

Show quantity counter

Display the number of each gift item the customer can receive, shown as a counter badge at the top right corner of the gift product's image in the offer widget.

Remove gift button

Allow customers to remove gift from a specific tier if they do not want it.
