Qikify Upsell version 2.0 vs 3.0

Qikify Upsell & Cross-sell version 3.0 was released on 10 February 2026, and this post shares some of the key changes from the release.

Highlights from this release:

1. Stronger focus on upsell & cross-sell
Instead of discounts, the new version focuses on upsell and cross-sell features to help you maximize revenue in a more sustainable way.

2. Simpler setup with just 3 steps:
Creating offers is now faster and more intuitive: Choose where to display the offer > Set up the offer > Publish it

3. Some features were moved or discontinued

The Reward Bar and Upsurge features will no longer be supported in this app.
The Reward Bar will continue to be supported in Qikify Slide Cart Drawer.

Important note: No upgrade is required. You can safely disregard this email and continue using the current version, which includes all existing features. However, if you uninstall the app and reinstall it after 10 February 2026, the latest version will be applied to your store. Please note that once the new version is installed, it cannot be reverted to a previous version.

The new version is a significantly different product with a new focus and setup flow. We strongly recommend trying it first on a Shopify development store before switching from your current version. This allows you to evaluate the new experience and features without affecting your live store.
